Remote Support with AnyDesk

For even a better assistance, we can connect to your computer using AnyDesk. This software will let us see your screen, and let us use your mouse and keyboard like we are actually there.

How to use AnyDesk:

1. Download AnyDesk.
2. Save the file in a folder of your choice.
3. Double click on the file. No installation is needed.
4. A Remote Desk ID will be generated and displayed. Please call us and inform us this ID.
5. Accept the connection.
6. We now have access to your computer and can help you with your problem.
