Customer Success Manager
At Pythagoras BV, we are determined to enrich the world of surveying and construction with innovative tools. We develop advanced software solutions, making use of machine learning and AI. We already offer a powerful design package, but to break through internationally, we have created a SaaS solution for processing point clouds.
For this growth story, we are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Success Manager to strengthen our team. In this versatile role, you will have the opportunity to develop your commercial, technical, and creative skills. You will support and onboard customers, give engaging demos, trainings, and webinars, and answer customer questions by phone or email with a smile. You will also take part in trade fairs and actively contribute to our ambitious growth strategy.
What we expect from you:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent experience in sales or customer support
- At least one year of relevant work experience
- Strong digital skills and eagerness to learn
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, with a basic knowledge of French
- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts
- Affinity with surveying or construction is a plus
- Knowledge or experience with CAD, GIS, or point cloud processing is a strong asset
